Charles Glausiusz
Managing Director
Charles Glausiusz set up ASB after over 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry. He started as a bespoke carpenter and rose quickly up the ranks into project management.
Since setting out on his own he has successfully managed over 25 commercial and residential projects. He has a passion for architecture and the built environment which clients benefit from as he brings his vision, innovation and creativity to each project. The company reputation has been built up through this rapport with our satisfied former clients, and most of our new projects are usually awarded as a result of this rapport.
Rachel Scheller
Interior Designer
Joined in May 2019, Rachel has brought a wealth of over 5-years experience in interior design, specialising in home styling.
Drawing on her BA in Architecture, Rachel is responsible for the plannings and the drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. On the day to day, Rachel is in charge of the projects from the initial idea to the final look of the decor, choosing building materials and decorations, ensuring space maximization and top-end quality design
Victor Garcia
Administrator
Victor holds a degree in Political Science and Administration by the Pompeu Fabra University (Spain) and an MA in Political Economy by the University of Essex. Since his incorporation in 2018, Victor has been mainly involved in ASB’s development projects, assisting the project managers in numerous day to day tasks.
This is his first job in the construction sector, but he applies the experience he obtained in previous administrative jobs, including an internship while at university. His current duties include assisting in the communication between the office and the site personnel, the liaison with subcontractors, engineers, suppliers and other relevant parties, as well as other regular administrative tasks. His valuable input has been a great contribution towards the smooth progress of the works.
Alex Nistor
Site Manager
Alex joined ASB in 2016 as a construction supervisor and was promoted in 2018 to site manager. He holds a Site Management Safety Training Scheme and a site First Aid accreditation. Before joining ASB, he worked for 7 years in roof construction and roof finishes.
As a roofer, Alex was involved in projects of varying sizes, including roofs for houses but also large projects in blocks, such as a 3000 square meter roof. This pattern of being involved in projects of various sizes continued in his current position, as he has been the site manager of small projects such as house extensions and refurbishments, but also on larger development project of 17 flats in Maidenhead and an ongoing new build project of 15 flats in Tottenham. Alex has always made sure that high standards of workmanship are kept by all the personnel involved in the works.
